July Favourites!
I don't have too many favourites for July but these are the things I've been loving. (For the books I've only written the blurb of the books because I'm planning on doing proper book reviews on them.)
Wilde like me by Louise Pentland
Robin Wilde is an awesome single mum. She's great at her job. Her best friend Lacey and bonkers Auntie Kath love her and little Lyla to the moon and back. From the outside, everything looks just fine.
But Robin has a secret.
Behind the mask she carefully applies every day, things sometimes feel ... grey. And lonely.
She struggles to fit in with school-mum crew. Online dating is despair-inducing, and how can she give her little girl the very best when, honestly, some days it's hard to find a clean pair of knickers?
After 4 years (and 2 months and 24 days) of single-mum-dom, Robin realises it's time to get out there and Change. Her. Life!
A little courage and creativity go a long way, and exciting new opportunities are soon on the horizon - maybe a man, maybe the chance of a lifetime...
Nemesis by Brendan Reichs
It's been happening since Min was eight. Every two years, on her birthday, she is murdered by the same man in cold blood. But hours later she wakes up in a clearing just outside her hometown - alone, unhurt, and with all evidence of the crime erased.
Across the valley, Noah just wants to be like everyone else. But he's not. Nightmares of murder and death plague him too, though he does his best to hide the signs.
As the world around them begins to spiral towards panic and destruction, the two troubled teens discover that people have been lying to them their whole lives...

Disney's Live action Beauty and the Beast
I am completely obsessed with this film, I love Emma Watson she's one of my favourite actors and Beauty and the Beast was one of my favourite Disney films growing up.
Spider-man Homecoming
I went to see Spider-man Homecoming with my brother and I loved it, I'm a Marvel fan but I wasn't too big on the previous Spider-man films. I felt the story didn't match up to the actors Peter Parker was supposed to be this high schooler with a secret identity but the actors who played him didn't look any where near young enough to be in high school. Tom Holland who plays Spider-man now is just brilliant, he plays the role perfectly and Spider-man Homecoming is now one of my favourite Marvel films.
Victoria's Secret Love Addict Fragrance Mist
I love the scent of this mist it's fruity but not over powering, you also don't have to use too much of it as it's strong enough to smell with just a couple of sprays. The scent is a mix of blood orange and wild orchid it's just lovely I don't normally go for "fruity" scents but this is perfect, especially in summer.
Nestle Crunch Chocolate Bar
I don't normally eat a lot of chocolate but I've just been completely and utterly obsessed with this chocolate bar. This chocolate bar has "rice crispy" type cereal inside, and it reminds me of chocolate nests at Easter and I've had entirely too much of it recently.
W7 In the buff: Lightly toasted natural nudes eye palette
I haven't actually been wearing too much makeup recently as the weather here has actually been quite nice and no matter what I do the makeup ends up just melting off my face. But this palette has this lovely pink champagne colour that I've fallen in love with so all I've really been wearing is the eyeshadow, a bit of mascara and lipstick.
ASDA George Lipstick - 06 Beige Bliss
Collection Lasting Colour Lipstick - 21 Rosewood
ASDA George Lipstick - 01 Natural Metallic
During the month I've gone back and forth with these three colours, all three are lovely subtle colours (even though they look kinda dark they come out lovely) and work quite well with my everyday makeup.
Sequined Pineapple vest
I don't know why but I've some how accumulated a bunch of pineapple related products but this by far is my favourite. It especially looks good in the sun with the light reflecting of off the sequins.
Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments
I love Cassandra Clare's The Mortal Instruments books, so when I heard they were making a TV adaption I was really looking forward to watching it then I learned it was being shown on Freeform which we don't get here so I was disappointed then I found out netflix would be streaming it. And I became a massive fan from the beginning.
Best Fiends
Both I and my mum are addicted to this game, at the moment there is a beach ball brawl that lasts for a period of time where you complete daily challenges to get rewards and at the the end if you complete all the challenges the last reward is a Fiend. I am currently on level 310.
